Everything your D2C brand
needs on WhatsApp

One platform for campaigns, cart recovery, order messaging, and team inbox. Designed to work with WooCommerce from day one.

Campaign Messaging

Send bulk WhatsApp messages via Meta-approved templates. Abandoned cart flows, post-purchase sequences, restock alerts — all triggered via webhook or API.

Two-Way Inbox

Read and reply to customer messages. The 24h service window is tracked per contact automatically, so your team always knows when a free reply is available.

Template Management

Create and submit Meta templates for approval inside the platform. Utility vs. marketing categories enforced. Variable placeholders mapped at setup.

Multi-Brand Support

One Onliniq login, up to five WhatsApp Business accounts. Each brand gets its own contacts, campaigns, templates, and inbox. No bleed between accounts.

WooCommerce Webhooks

Each campaign generates a webhook endpoint. Paste it into WooCommerce's native Webhooks settings. Order created → confirmation sent. No plugin required.

Zero Per-Message Markup

Flat monthly subscription. Every message runs through Meta's API at Meta's published rates. We charge nothing on top — no %, no per-message fee, ever.

What happens when D2C brands
get WhatsApp wrong

These aren't edge cases. They're the default outcome when your WhatsApp setup isn't built for how D2C actually works.

Missed the 24h window
A growing home décor brand

A customer messaged about a delayed shipment at 9pm Tuesday. The support team saw it Wednesday morning — 13 hours later. They tried to reply. Meta rejected it: the service window had closed. Reaching her now required a paid marketing template. The customer, having heard nothing, filed a dispute with her bank.

The cost ₹4,200 order reversed. Customer gone.
₹0 in cart recovery revenue
A kurta brand spending ₹80k/month on Meta ads

They were driving 900+ add-to-carts per week. No automated WhatsApp recovery flow existed — just a team member manually copy-pasting follow-ups when he remembered. Some weeks he'd get to 30. Most weeks, zero. Industry benchmarks suggest 15–25% of followed-up carts convert.

The cost ~870 carts/week never followed up.
Customers thought it was a scam
A handmade jewellery brand

Order confirmations went via a generic tool and read: "Your order #88421 has been confirmed." No brand name. No product mention. No tone. Three customers in one week messaged Instagram DMs asking if the confirmation was a phishing attempt. One reversed his payment before he could be reassured.

The cost 3 support escalations from one week of orders.
Paying a ~20% tax on every message
A founder running two D2C brands

Using a WhatsApp BSP reseller, he paid Meta's rates plus the BSP's 18% per-message markup on every campaign across both brands. At 6,000 messages/month combined, that markup cost ₹2,800/month — almost ₹34,000/year — paid purely to the middleman. The BSP added no features unavailable with direct API access.

The cost ~₹34,000/year in markup. For nothing.

Simple. Flat. No surprises.

One price per month. No per-message cut. No hidden setup fees. No "pay more as you scale" traps.

Common questions

What is the 24-hour service window?
Meta allows free text replies to a customer only within 24 hours of that customer's last message to you. After 24 hours, you need a paid, pre-approved template to reach them — and it can't be a personal, conversational message. Onliniq tracks this window per contact and shows your team exactly how long is left before replying in the inbox.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API account?
Yes. You'll need a WhatsApp Business API account (WABA) set up through Meta directly. Onliniq connects to your WABA — you pay Meta directly for messages at their published rates, and we don't sit between you and Meta's billing.
Can I manage two brands on one Onliniq account?
Yes, on the Pro plan. Pro supports up to 5 projects (WhatsApp numbers), each with completely separate contacts, campaigns, templates, and inbox. Switching between brands is a one-click action inside the dashboard.
How does billing work — who charges me for messages?
Onliniq charges a flat monthly subscription (Basic ₹749/month, Pro ₹1,599/month — or $25/$69 USD). Messages go through Meta's API and are billed directly to you by Meta at their standard per-message rates. Onliniq takes nothing on top of Meta's rates.
Does it connect directly to WooCommerce?
Yes. Each campaign generates a unique webhook endpoint URL. Add it to WooCommerce's native webhook settings (WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Webhooks) for events like order.created or order.completed. No plugin install required — it uses WooCommerce's built-in webhook system.

WhatsApp the right way.

No per-message markup. No resellers. Built for D2C brands that talk to customers directly.
